Yes, absolutely. I work with clients across Australia and internationally via secure video call. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person meetings and offer the convenience of connecting from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. For most clients, I recommend beginning with weekly sessions to build momentum, then moving to fortnightly as you progress. Ultimately, the rhythm is guided by your needs and goals, and we will adjust as we go.
The free discovery call is a relaxed 15-minute conversation where we get to know each other, I learn a little about what has brought you to seek support, and you can ask any questions. There is absolutely no obligation, and it helps ensure we are a good fit before committing to a full session.
Confidentiality is fundamental to our work together. Everything you share remains private except in the rare circumstances required by law, such as if there is an immediate risk of harm. I will always explain these limits clearly before we begin.
Not at all. Many of my clients approach reiki and pranic therapy with healthy scepticism and still report meaningful shifts in how they feel. The most important ingredient is an open mind and a genuine intention to explore. We always start with modalities that feel most comfortable to you.
I offer sessions in-person in Sydney, including walk-and-talk sessions along Sydney's beautiful waterways. I also work from a private studio. Online sessions via video are available to clients anywhere in the world.
You do not need to know in advance. During our discovery call and first session, I will listen carefully to what you are experiencing and recommend the modalities most likely to help. Many clients benefit from a blend of approaches, and your plan will evolve as you progress.
